The 26th China International Fair for Investment and Trade (CIFIT) was held from September 8 to 11, 2026, at the Xiamen International Expo Center. More than 1,200 official government agencies and nearly 80,000 business participants from 129 countries and regions and 30 international organizations gathered for the event. Behind these record-breaking figures was the substantive implementation of Xiamen’s cross-island development strategy, while the event also served as a premier showcase of China’s high-level opening-up.
TAIDEN provided a comprehensive conference system solution for the Conference Center at the Xiamen International Expo Center, the newly designated permanent venue for CIFIT. Covering 78 meeting rooms and more than 5,500 conference units in total, the solution includes fully digital conference systems, high-performance conference microphones, digital infrared wireless conference systems, and simultaneous interpretation systems.
During the event, the Conference Center hosted a wide range of high-level meetings and activities, including the opening ceremony, thematic forums, and bilateral talks. From formal plenary sessions to small-scale negotiations, and from monolingual meetings to multilingual simultaneous interpretation, TAIDEN delivered flexible, comprehensive, and reliable performance to meet the event’s intensive, diverse, and high-standard requirements.
The 26th CIFIT brought together participants from 129 countries and regions, making multilingual, cross-language real-time communication a central requirement. To this end, every seat in the venue was equipped with TAIDEN digital infrared simultaneous interpretation receivers, which are immune to interference from high-frequency-driven light sources. Supporting 40 (1+39) channels, they fully meet multilingual simultaneous interpretation needs. Their 270° ultra-wide reception angle allows participants to move freely within signal coverage while continuing to receive stable, crystal-clear audio. The built-in LCD screen displays channel and language names for intuitive selection, ensuring easy operation. Multiple 40-channel digital infrared radiators were deployed around the venue to ensure reliable signal transmission and reception in all directions.
In the interpretation booths, fully digital 64-channel interpreter units enable simultaneous interpretation in up to 64 languages, including the floor channel. They feature advanced functions such as hearing protection, password management, and Bluetooth messaging, while a 7.2-inch TFT LCD high-definition display provides interpreters with a more intuitive and convenient operating experience.
As a key venue for CIFIT and other high-profile international conferences, the Conference Center operates on a dense schedule with numerous speaking sessions. TAIDEN therefore equipped multiple meeting rooms with fully digital conference systems. Powered by TAIDEN’s proprietary MCA-STREAM digital audio processing and transmission technology, the system supports a 48 kHz audio sampling rate and delivers a frequency response of 20 Hz–20 kHz across all 64 channels. Coupled with multi-dimensional redundancy mechanisms and the close loop-daisy chain technology, it ensures stable, uninterrupted operation and data integrity throughout every meeting, providing solid, reliable technical assurance for high-level events.
Fully digital audio transmission is adopted between conference units and the main unit, as well as among conference units. The system also incorporates robust multiple backup mechanisms, so that every participant’s speech is transmitted with clarity and stability, keeping proceedings on track.
Small to mid-sized meetings at the Conference Center are frequent and varied in format, while traditional wired systems, bound by fixed cabling, are difficult to reconfigure flexibly. TAIDEN addressed this by deploying digital infrared wireless conference systems to create a shared equipment pool, enabling conference units to be allocated on demand among rooms. Based on dirATC digital infrared technology, the solution prevents signal leakage through walls, ensuring independent and confidential operation across multiple meeting rooms. Plug-and-play setup eliminates the need for cabling or frequency pairing, significantly reducing installation and maintenance costs while preserving the existing décor—striking a balance among flexibility, security, and spatial aesthetics.
For critical meetings with stringent audio pickup requirements, remote video conferences, and sessions requiring recording archives, microphone performance directly determines clarity and fidelity. As one of the first products certified by the National Radio and Television Product Quality Supervision and Inspection Center, TAIDEN high-performance conference microphones comply with stringent microphone standards and deliver broadcast-grade performance, providing reliable audio assurance for the Conference Center.
